On November 15th the GGY Jazz Orchestra performed at the regional National Concert Band Festival (NCBF) gaining a gold award. This was an amazing result especially considering that a third of the band were new to the ensemble and had only had one rehearsal. It’s a real pleasure to work with such highly skilled and motivated musicians.
